Banks will chime in with financial advice

Students who have the most unique inventions will win some cash.

” We have people who have talked to us about the needs for students to acquire soft skills and do some things to prepare for the job market in the future,” said Sandy Reid, LCSD Curriculum Director.

“We are marketing an app that basically allows us to use “Controlled T” into the real world. “Controlled T” is a computer program which allows you to basically search for one word and it will pull up a list of websites or PDFs or articles that you need specifically,” said Justin Hopkins, 11th grade student.

Students have until Friday to register their invention.
