The Meridian Housing Authority will be launching a job fair for residents that live in public housing communities.
The fair will kick off on June 26th from 10 A-M until two P-M at the social service building located at 23-05 D street.
There will be numerous employers on site ranging from various career backgrounds.
Housing officials say hosting this job fair is a way to empower residents and help lead to self-sufficiency.
Residents must dress appropriately for potential job interviews and bring a copy of their resume.
