Time to Shine Car wash has opening ceremony.

June 20, 2018

This morning, several members in the community including city officials, gathered to celebrate a new business in Meridian.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the new Time to Shine car wash that had a soft opening last week.

Staff for the car wash, says the operation has been in development for several years.

“We begin to break ground on March 2015, so of course it has been a while, but we had a few setbacks over the years with getting things finalized, but we opened our doors for business last Tuesday. I believe that was Tuesday, June 12th, so we’ve been opened now a little over a week.”

Hamrick says she prides herself in hiring locals for the car wash.

“Everyone here at Time to Shine, from our investors,to our owners, and staff are all locals, we eat here, we shop here, we drive here daily. So, we like the idea that a business of this caliber is locally owned and operated here in Meridian, Mississippi.”

According to Hamrick, the car wash focuses on having excellent customer service.

“I believe that we offer a very friendly and involved staff, they’re going to walk you through the whole entire process to make it very easy and convenient for you throughout the whole entire carwash.”

Hamrick added that plans are in the making of launching another location soon.

“We are finalizing the idea and beginning to break grown on the second location of Time to Shine, it’s going to be near the Walmart and Murphy’s gas station on highway 19.”

Hamrick says with much competition in town it is important to keep the equipment up to date.

   “

Our equipment is very up to date and it’s the state of the art, some of our services here no one even has anywhere around. “
