1.)   HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to play. Watch WGBC between 5:00pm and 7:00pm, when the “Watch & Win” logo is broadcast be the 30th
    viewer to call the toll free number on the screen 1-866-539-9422 (WGBC) and you win. Each person may enter as many times as they like. However, You
    may only win once during the contest.

2.)   SELECTION OF WINNERS, The 30th Viewer to call in after the “Watch & Win” Logo is broadcast will win, calls will be answered in the order that they
    are received. The odds of winning are determined by the total number of viewers 18 years of age and older that watch WGBC-TV weekdays between
    5:00pm and 7:00pm.

3.)   PRIZE: There will be (20) $100 Cash prizes awarded during the Month of February 2008. (1) $100 Cash Prize per Weeknight (M-F) between 5pm and
    7pm. Transportation and other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

4.)   CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules. Decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding. No substitute
    prizes, except at the election of Sponsor, which may substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater cash value at any time, for any reason, in its
    sole and absolute discretion. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her voice, name, and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising and
    promotion in connection with sweepstakes. Entrant understands that no compensation will be given for such use (where legal). Sponsor makes no warranty,
    representation, or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner except for proof of performance.
    Winners must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires. Void where
    prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Sponsor accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages of
    any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded hereunder.

5.)   RULES: For a complete set of rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “Contest Rules”, P.O. Box 2424, Meridian, Ms 39301 until a period
    of one month after the contest ends.

6.)   ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to U.S. residents at least 18 years of age, except the employees of WGBC-WMDN, and their parent companies,
    affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising agencies, agents, fulfillment companies, printers, distributors and mailers and their immediate families
    (including spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses), or members of the same household of each.

7.)   WHO WON: For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “WGBC Contest Winners”, P. O. Box 2424, Meridian, Ms 39301 within
    six months of contest end.
